Elizabeth Richardson is the President and co-founder of Richfield Consulting Group, a Seattle based sales recruitment firm that specializes in employer and candidate needs. Elizabeth has over 5 years of sales recruitment experience in the Seattle area. Her areas of recruitment expertise include, but are not limited to, software, office machines, telecommunications, finance, health care, medical, green technologies and the chemical industry. In helping local companies expand, Elizabeth has consulted on and gained knowledge in the hiring processes, candidate selection, creating postings that gain attention, and negotiation of mutually beneficial offers.
