Week 1 Part 2 Discussion Question:
As we delve into Part 1 of the book the author, Scott Belskey, introduces us to his way of balancing “work and life with a bias toward action” through a tool called the Action Method. There is a whole section dedicated to this in the book and the authors company Behance has developed a website specifically to serve designers in this area of managing their work. As stated this section, the premis is simply this: “everything is a project”. That really brings into focus what it takes to make our ideas actually happen. And it starts with projects!
Consider what your workflow looks like in its current state (is it a long to do list, a finely scheduled calendar, time blocks for specific activities, etc?) and answer this over in the Facebook Group:
If you started looking at your tasks as pieces of larger projects how would that change your ability to take all of your ideas, whether work-related or personal, from you imagination into reality?
Join the private YFE Book Club Facebook Group to discuss the following questions with other entrepreneurial women in their 20s and 30s.
