    Love that you brought that up. I watched her video after the Story Exchange posted it. Thought it brought up a lot of interesting questions around what we think being a good team member means: working long hours vs. being most effective with the hours we are given, conducting business in the normal 9 to 5 timeframe versus what another article I read enforced: having no hours.

    Also interesting was that the basis for the discussion of what she does to makeup for leaving “early” is that she emails late into the night and early morning so that others SEE she is putting in log hours even if she’s not at the office.

    Makes me definitely think about Ovaleye’s work environment that we are fostering- especially as a mom.
