About our Expert
Julie Kelly is an entrepreneur from Australia who lives in Los Angeles. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Microbiology and Immunology from Monash University, and has worked in the medical research field her entire career. Early in 2011 Julie was the winner of a business contest held by an Australian business woman called “Web Wealthy Women”, based on her vision to provide a career resource to women all around the world who also wanted professional success.

Today Julie holds down two jobs, one as the Executive Director of a major medical research center in South California, as well as CEO & Founder of www.hercareeradvice.com which educates and empowers teenagers and young women to strive for professional success in order to have personal success and happiness.

She is a mentor and speaker with the Pasadena and Arcadia Unified School Districts, she is also a speaker with the Collective Voices organization, and this summer Julie is hosting her “Teen Empowerment” Summer Camp program with 75 students.

Julie has also authored 2 e-Books: “Her Guide to Career Success & Advancement; How to Win Respect and Credibility in a Man’s World” and “Her Guide to Writing a Winning Resume and Cover Letter”, both available at www.hercareeeradvice.com. She also has a new book, which is soon to be released.
