YFE: Why did you start your own business?
SS: To explore and see what life outside the cubicle is like and to no longer dread Mondays :P
But seriously, because I wanted to work outside of a traditional job role and do many different things.

SS: Primarily my laptop (PC) using Hootsuite and when I’m on the go I use my iphone with the Hootsuite app.
YFE: What are some social media do’s and don’ts for you?
SS: Do’s: Connect with people in your industry/niche both locally and globally. Seek out interesting conversations and chats and get involved.
Don’ts: Don’t focus on the numbers of followers/fans/likes etc but the quality of the connections and relationships you are building.
